My Top 6 Cornwall Wedding Venues
I have been a wedding photographer in Cornwall for over 8 years now (I can hardly believe it has been that long!) and I have had the pleasure of capturing weddings and elopements in some of the top venues in the South West. In Cornwall we really are spoilt for choice when it comes to picking a stunning venue to get married, so here is a list (in no particular order) of 6 of my personal favourite spots for an unforgettable Cornish wedding.
Knightor Winery Weddings
Knightor comprises of beautiful rustic barns against a stunning backdrop of orchards and vineyards and is the perfect venue for larger or more intimate weddings all year round. I have been fortunate enough to photograph weddings there in every season and whether it has been a cosy winter affair, tucked up in the threshing barn, or an outdoor ceremony followed by a lazy afternoon sipping Pimms on haybales, it always makes for a wedding to remember.

BoHo Cornwall Elopements
What could be more romantic than escaping, just the two of you, to the dramatic, windswept coast of West Cornwall for a candle-lit ceremony in a beautiful oak-panelled hall? BoHo Cornwall specialise in elopements and weddings for two and the lovely owners Tom and Maya have created the most magical luxurious retreat for couples seeking an intimate, fuss-free wedding experience.

Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens Weddings
I love outdoor ceremonies and nowhere does them more beautifully than Tremenheere. Here you can marry in beautiful tropical gardens with epic views over St Michael’s Mount, as well as being able to explore fascinating installations by internationally renowned artists. This place is a wedding photographer’s dream!

Tredudwell Manor Weddings
Tredudwell is a beautiful 18th Century Manor House tucked away in one of the most tranquil corners of the county with beautiful views over Cornwall’s Heritage Coastline. The traditional has been carefully fused with the contemporary: Alongside the manor house stands the Pavillion, a modern light and airy barn venue, as well as a gorgeous arbour for perfect outdoor ceremonies – Tredudwell really has it all.

Wild Tipi Weddings
Not a venue in the traditional sense I guess, more of an opportunity. The wonderful Wild Tipi team can erect their sustainably sourced wooden-frame canvas tipis wherever and however you want, giving you total freedom to design your own unique and perfect wedding day. They have a number of fixed locations available or they can travel to your perfect wedding location. I absolutely love the fun, festival vibe that these magnificent structures give to a wedding and the fact that they are literally a blank canvas means that no two Wild Tipi weddings are ever the same.

Lower Barns Weddings
I am yet to come across a cooler, quirkier wedding venue in Cornwall than Lower Barns. Situated in the beautiful countryside near the Lost Gardens of Heligan, this luxury boutique getaway specialises in intimate weddings and elopements. Janey and Mike have created a colourful, comfortable and exciting retreat and they make all of their guests feel so special and well looked after.
