Penmorvah Manor Wedding Photography | Sam & Phil

I am so behind with the blogging and today I am throwing all the way back to last autumn and this beautiful Penmorvah Manor wedding. Every couple I meet worries that the somewhat temperamental British weather may spoil their big day but these guys got wed on a day with a storm with an actual name (Brian maybe?) and you only need to look at their faces to see that you really don’t need glorious sunshine to have a joyous, love and fun filled day.

This was my first time as a Penmorvah Manor wedding photographer and it is such a lovely venue: stunning views and grounds and a really warm, comfortable and cosy feel managing at once to be luxurious and homely. The staff were so welcoming and helpful too so I’m really excited to have another wedding booked here this year.

Sam made my job an absolute dream by being the most beautiful smiley bride ever, from the moment I met her at her mum’s house for her bridal preparations. As soon as she and Phil were reunited at the alter they could not keep their eyes off each other and spent the entire day beaming from ear to ear and giggling and joking throughout. Their complete adoration for eachother is plain for all to see but what was extra special was that their deep friendship was just as evident.

I could go on and on about the hilarious speeches (especially the unexpected story from Phil’s Grandad!), the emotional violin solo by Sam’s dad, the zumba, my all time favourite confetti photobomb courtesy of Phil’s nan, but all I really need to say is that as soon as I think about this wedding I cannot help but smile.

Sam and Phil I absolutely loved your wedding – thank you so much for having me!
